Education of values has a huge influence on
society as education of knowledge itself. Knowledge without values as is
indicated in the quotation by C.S Lewis can be a very significant effect on
people. The reason why it has a bad influence is the use of knowledge in a bad
way. At this point, we should think of the importance of values in education.
Values show people how to use knowledge for the goodness of peoples. A child,
when s/he is educated with values, can be a hero of humankind using all his
experiences and knowledge for the goodness of people.
